Flawless, rooms are spacious and sound proofing is impressive. The highlight is the staff, from the super proficient front desk girls to Alex s kindness and Lio’s exquisite musical taste. Loved my stay!

I stayed here with my family. Loved the rooms! The best shower and the rooms are clean. Also a soft and a hard pillow and you’ll get a chocolate bar as welcoming. The breakfast was also a 10. Maybe a bit more different fruit. But thats it

First at all the bat is Amazon designed and Adriana and Clare are very friendly, supportive and amazing they add even more value to the place. I highly recommend to visit the bar and the hotel, thank you for the tasty drinks, the chat and hospitality.

Rooms are comfortable and modern, breakfast very complete. Clare, Adriana and Jenny rock the bar and reception with their attention and excelent service! See you again soon.

Style is modern/ minimalist, food is excellent, staff is helpful, area where hotel is located is totally okay in terms of safety. Bed could be a little bit more comfortable but that's all. Oh and these two at the bar: José & Sebastian are the coolest/ friendliest folks in the hotel - look for them in case you want to have great service!

Stayed in Düsseldorf for a couple of days and I had such a wonderful time. Ideal location and there’s even a speakeasy bar nearby. The staff were lovely and accommodating, it felt warm and cozy - apt for the festive season. Adriana helped me with the check-in, she even went out of her way to recommend me the places to check out. I enjoyed visiting them, crossing each spot on the list with new fond memories. At the hotel’s bar, Alex fixed me up a drink - it was a Mezcal Negroni and it was a banger. Along with Jose, we all chatted until closing time. The check-out was smooth and I just had to drop the key card. They let me leave my luggage as I quickly did a visit to K21. Highly recommend and will book again on my next visit.

The place left very warm and unforgettable memories. Atmosphere, interior, location were on high level! Special thanks to bartenders Adriane and Sebastian for great service. Very cozy place for rainy day!

Cannot speak about the hotel, but the bar is very nice. Even though we weren't hotel guests, the bar team (Clare, Joana & Adriana) were professional, courteous and cordial. Highly recommended, even if just for a coffee or a drink!
